Jakub Gaweł

He completed his legal advisor’s apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Wroclaw. Passed the attorney at law exam with the second result in the Wroclaw Chamber. Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. During his studies he was a member of the University legal counsel. At the Institute of Civil Law, he defended his master’s thesis on the freedom of conclusion of bond contracts in light of the Civil Code.

He specializes in civil law issues. He creates, negotiates and reviews contracts, as well as coordinates their implementation and execution. Handles legal projects in copyright law, especially for the IT sector. Develops regulations and privacy policies for websites. Conducts civil law and labour law trials. He is responsible for advising businesses and individuals, seeking the best legal and business solutions for them. He completed an internship abroad at a law firm in Barcelona. He provides legal services in Polish and English. He is the author of articles on the Infor website and training courses on legal issues on the Induni platform.

In his free time from work duties, he is passionate about FPL, handball, cooking and traveling.
