Katarzyna Płusa

Law student at the Faculty of Law Administration and Economics in Wroclaw. As part of her master’s thesis, she is researching the issue of organized crime. She has gained professional experience in cooperation with reputable law firms as an advisor to business clients based on the latest legal developments in the field of transaction risk analysis in SMEs. She has extensive experience in handling business entities.

She has been with Oniszczuk & Associates since 2021. Her responsibilities include registration and corporate services for commercial companies. Her main jurisdictions are Cyprus, Malta, Serbia and Macedonia.

In addition, she is responsible for coordinating processes related to opening bank accounts for foreign entities.

Through her experience and knowledge she supports entrepreneurs in their business operations, including advising on restructuring projects (mergers, conversions, divisions and liquidations of companies).

Privately, she is passionate about foreign travel, good food and a lover of dance.
