
Joanna Wójcik
Junior lawyer
A fifth-year law student at the European University of Law and Administration in Warsaw. A graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, where she obtained a master’s degree in media management, and the University of Wrocław, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Polish philology.
She gained her professional experience in Wrocław law firms, where she dealt with issues related to commercial law, services for entrepreneurs, including entities from the media industry, and administrative law. She also has practical experience in debt collection and administrative proceedings.
At Oniszczuk & Associates, she actively supports the ongoing legal services provided to Polish companies, preparing corporate documents and participating in the processes of establishing and registering companies both on the domestic market and in selected foreign jurisdictions. She is fluent in English.
Her professional interests focus on commercial law, intellectual property law, and media law.
Privately, she is passionate about physical activity—she trains in stretching, runs, and enjoys spending time in the mountains. She is a lover of crime fiction and Italian cuisine.
