MACIEJ ONISZCZUK

President of the Management Board. He graduated with a master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. He is a doctoral student at the Law College of the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.

He is a member of Supervisory Boards in numerous joint stock companies. Founder of the Juliusz Stanislaw Harbut pro bono foundation. He began his professional career by working at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Wroclaw.

He focuses his professional activity on business law in its broadest sense, including commercial law in particular. He also handles civil litigation matters and advises entrepreneurs in their day-to-day operations. He has extensive experience in representing clients in disputes before common courts.

In the course of his previous work, he was one of the persons responsible for providing legal services to companies debuting on the NewConnect market.
