Martyna Jóźków

A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław, with a Master’s degree in Law completed at the Department of Commercial Law in June 2026. Her academic background also includes a Bachelor’s degree in Administration (2023) and postgraduate studies in Real Estate Law. Currently pursuing further studies in Legal and Business Consulting, with a particular interest in new technologies law. Professional experience gained from the third year of law school onwards.
With Oniszczuk & Associates since 2024, supporting the team in advising Polish companies on day-to-day corporate matters, reorganisations and family foundations. Also involved in the incorporation and registration of companies in the United States. Key responsibilities include client liaison, preparation of legal and corporate documentation, and coordination of corporate formalities.
Provides legal services in both Polish and English.
