Agata Piłat

Business Development Manager

Agata Piłat is a graduate of law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw, as well as postgraduate studies in Management and Marketing and Human Resources and Payroll at the University of Economics in Wroclaw. She is a multiple recipient of the Rector’s scholarship for the best students. As part of her master’s thesis, she dealt with issues of electronic identification. During her studies she was a member of the organizing committees of many conferences and competitions. She gained her experience by practicing and working in Wroclaw law firms of attorneys, legal advisors and notaries.

She has been associated with Oniszczuk & Associates law firm since 2017. As part of her work, she performed a number of tasks and duties. Eventually, she combined law, marketing and management. Currently, she focuses her activities on the development of the law firm, manages internal projects, works with service providers and supports the back-office, and takes care of the organization of the office. She maintains contact with key clients.

In addition, Agata Pilat manages the Firm’s marketing activities, including organizing nationwide conferences on law for business, acquiring and maintaining partnerships with business portals and the media, as well as taking care of the Firm’s social media image and employer branding, and overseeing the Oniszczuk & Associates website. She manages business development projects for the Firm.

Agata is also no stranger to the law. She has expertise in the registration of commercial law companies by traditional means and through the S24 system, as well as in providing services to entrepreneurs, including carrying out changes in the KRS register as well as in drafting contracts for business entities and company transformations and mergers. He works in Polish and English.

In her free time from professional duties, she is interested in management techniques, theater, reads books, cooks and actively spends time training in fitness.
