Michalina Biernat

Michalina holds a law degree from the University of Wrocław and has completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property and new technologies law. She has been with the Firm since 2023. She has also gained international professional experience through internships in Spain and Canada, where she worked in a cross-border environment and contributed to projects involving clients and teams across multiple jurisdictions.

At the Firm, Michalina focuses on providing ongoing corporate support to Polish and international companies, with particular expertise in entities registered in Cyprus. She manages and coordinates company incorporations, changes to ownership structures, share sales and transfers, changes to corporate bodies, as well as corporate reorganisations and liquidations.

She also assists clients with opening bank accounts, completing KYC and AML procedures, and preparing documentation required by banks, registries and international corporate service providers.

Michalina is fluent in English and Spanish.
